Maria is the chef that brings to your table the flavours and the aromas of Moroccan cuisine.

She does it with an authentic passion. Her seasonal vegetable soup, served with sour cream and a hint of spices, is one of the many traditional recipes that we love serving to our guests. There’s also briouats, meat or chicken tajine with citrus fruits and honey, meat or vegetable cous cous.
To finish with fruit or creme desserts. These are only few of the house specialities.

To our most curious visitors we suggest the Vintage menu

This menu includes dishes from the oldest local traditions, still cooked today in Moroccan households to celebrate special occasions.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available upon request.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We welcome our guests in the fireplace room at the main table made of wood with mother-of-pearl inlays. Other tables are available in the arches room, the Moroccan lounge and the ‘bou’, an intimate corner with typical sofas overlooking the green patio. Or on the terraces, which offer a panoramic view of the Medina and beyond.

Guests can also take advantage of room service, to enjoy food in the privacy of their suite.
