Maria is the chef that brings to your table the flavours and the aromas of Moroccan cuisine.
She does it with an authentic passion. Her seasonal vegetable soup, served with sour cream and a hint of spices, is one of the many traditional recipes that we love serving to our guests. There’s also briouats, meat or chicken tajine with citrus fruits and honey, meat or vegetable cous cous.
