Maria is the chef that brings to your table the flavours and the aromas of Moroccan cuisine.

She does it with an authentic passion. Her seasonal vegetable soup, served with sour cream and a hint of spices, is one of the many traditional recipes that we love serving to our guests. There’s also briouats, meat or chicken tajine with citrus fruits and honey, meat or vegetable cous cous.
To finish with fruit or creme desserts. These are only few of the house specialities.

To our most curious visitors we suggest the Vintage menu

This menu includes dishes from the oldest local traditions, still cooked today in Moroccan households to celebrate special occasions.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available upon request.

The riad restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Guests are welcomed in the fireplace room at the main table, crafted from wood inlaid with mother-of-pearl. Additional settings include the arches room, the Moroccan lounge, the intimate ‘bou’ corner with traditional sofas overlooking the lush patio, and the terraces with panoramic views of the Medina and beyond.

For those seeking privacy, our room service allows you to savor meals in the comfort of your suite. Kindly note that alcoholic beverages are not served within the riad.
